About Me
Anna Guel
I have been working as a consultant in the field of change and organizational strategy since November 2016. Partly within the company in a leading position, partly as an external consultant on a project basis. My professional work experience so far was mainly in the IT industry - a dynamic, innovative and complex environment with international structures. My professional time at Sage Software GmbH from 2004 to 2016 was one of my most important and inspiring experiences. In the role of Director of Human Resources & Corporate Development and as member of the executive board, I was able to help triple the company's turnover. In addition to focusing on HR and organizational development, I was able to build up expertise in M&A, post-merger integration, internationalization and crisis management. Academically, I have a degree in business administration with a specialization in business informatics from the JWG University Frankfurt (2001-2003) and a degree in business administration in corporate accounting and marketing from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz (1993-1998).
